Relationship to PHENDHEY

PDL Transformation was directly held by PHENDHEY from January to April 2023. The project vehicle later progressed under subsequent ownership.

Later-stage project context

Project context

Earlier ADI material states that it began construction of the R-SAH 110/400 kV substation with PDL Transformation and references a 400 MVA transformer. Current May 2026 material describes the broader R-SAH site as 400/110/35 kV and the surrounding Sahara storage programme at 400 MW / 800 MWh, potentially up to 1,600 MWh.

PHENDHEY’s connection is the historical ownership of PDL Transformation; the infrastructure described here belongs to the project’s subsequent development stage.
