Two former PHENDHEY project companies subsequently acquired by CENTROPOL Group for dispatchable energy and grid-balancing development.
Relationship to PHENDHEY
PEL Teplo was directly held by PHENDHEY from June 2022 to October 2023. PDL Předlice was directly held from June 2022 to March 2026 before its acquisition by CENTROPOL HOLDING.
Project context
Glatzová & Co. describes PDL Předlice as owning a ready-to-build natural-gas power project and identifies the earlier PEL Teplo acquisition, EPC work with GENTEC CHP and later construction progress. A GENTEC project update states that electrical-infrastructure construction for PEL Teplo included four KE-MTUNG 2000 CHP units.
CENTROPOL is the subsequent owner of the project companies described here; the transaction is separate from the ownership structure of PHENDHEY itself.
